Nestled in the rolling hills below the picturesque village of Montepagano, so to speak "between sky and sea", Casa Mimi is located “in collina” on the terrain of an old Masseria where the hosts are at home.

The holiday home consists of two charming cottages, each about 40-50 sqm in size, Casa Max and Casa Carlotta, both of which can be rented independently of each other or together.

The romantic Casa Max in Abruzzo style has a modern fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a small, fitted kitchen in the living room. The modern bathroom has a window and a spacious shower. The bedroom is not completely separated from the living room - guests are woken up by the morning sun through a large French window.

A covered terrace with a large table and wicker chairs and an enchanting sea view invites you to move life outside as well.

The light-flooded Casa Carlotta with cuisinette, comfortable underfloor heating, a cuddly sofa and also an open fireplace is in the immediate vicinity. From the living room there is a fantastic view of the garden and the sea. A friendly, bright bathroom with a large shower offers a view of a large palm tree through the window. In the bedroom, an old piano invites you to give free rein to your musicality.

The 12 x 6 meter pool has a spacious terrace, a separate bathroom with shower and outdoor shower as well as a gazebo. This area can be shared with other guests and the hosts.

The scent of the pine trees and the view of the blue, wide sea put our guests in the well-deserved "holiday mode" within a few seconds. In this quiet, stylish environment with a spacious park, you can escape the hustle and bustle of beach life and take long walks in the hills (nature reserve) and olive groves of the picturesque village of Montepagano. The two house dogs, Aurelia and Ferdinand, are happy to accompany you.

The beach and sea can be reached by car in 5 minutes, as well as shopping facilities. The mountains and large nature parks are about 45 minutes away by car.
